Melting department

      Melting department has 3 furnace controlled with itegrated power panels. Every heat induces a number. Description is a follows.

   Furance
         1) 125 kg Inductotherm Induction furnace.
         2) 300 kg & 750 kg Indo Power Induction furnace.
         3) 500 kg oil fired furnace.

Moulding department

         1) Sand mixer - 250 kg. ( 4 nos. )
         2) Sand mixer - 50 kg. ( 1 nos. )
         3) Sand mixer - 100 kg. ( 1 nos. )

Fetteling Department

      We have fully equiped fetteling machines and also skilled workers.

   Shot Blasting Machine
   Sand Blasting Machine
         1) Swing frame grinder - 2 nos
         2) flexible shaft grinder - 6 nos
         3) pnewmatic grinder- 2 nos
         4) pencil grinder - 2 nos

Heat Treatment

      Inhouse facility to confirm the uniformity of castings structure produced. Heat treatment process carried over all product or parts in following furnace.

   We have equipped with:
         1) Heat treatment electric furance (Size- 1.5 m x 1.5m) Range:1200 C Water Quenching tank capacity 20000Ltr.
         2) Heat treatment Diesel fired furance (Size- 1.5 m x 1.5m) Range:1200 C Water Quenching tank capacity 20000Ltr.

Welding

         1) Welding M/c ARC 630(Cutting)- ( 2 nos.)
         2) Tig Welding M/c 315 P-01
